More about Tyre Flip
An old tractor tyre has long been a popular piece of training equipment in both functional training and strongman. It can be difficult to get hold on an ordinary tractor tyre and they are often difficult to store. Therefore this gym tire flip machine is the perfect solution.
This Tyre Flip from Gymleco is usually used in functional fitness but it’s getting more popular to have it in traditional strength gyms as well. This is a fun way to get a powerful full-body workout in! Flip the tyre as it is or add more weights on it. It’s possible to add 2,5-5 kg extra weight plates inside the tyre.
